Cristin Zachariasen

Cristin Zachariasen was born and raised in Missoula, MT, where she stays outdoors as much as possible while exploring our amazing state, and enjoys cooking for her family and friends. She began her career in food service more than twenty years ago as the assistant head cook at Hellgate High School, where she remained for seven years before transitioning to the University of Montana, where she worked her way from a prep cook to production manager to the manager of the Food Zoo. After the birth of her first child, she decided to begin her journey with UM Catering, where she works with our campus community, various groups within Missoula, and event coordinators from around the world. She loves planning a simple coffee break or working with a bride on her big day.
